I have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, working on various residential and commercial projects. I have also completed hundreds of hours of training in home inspection, covering all aspects of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

I am passionate about helping people make informed decisions when buying or selling a home. I provide thorough, honest, and professional inspections, using the latest tools and technology.

Our home inspections start at $500 and Sewer scope inspections at $250. The cost will vary based on the square footage of the home, the age of the home, and location of the home. Call, text, or email us for a quote today!

Home inspections generally take 3 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the condition of the home, and the ability to access certain areas of the home (roof, crawl space, attic, etc.).

It is not a requirement for you to be at the inspection. I absolutely welcome and encourage you to attend! Being present during the inspection gives you a firsthand look at the property and a chance to ask questions in real time. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about your future home and understand any findings with clarity and context. For safety and liability reasons, there are just a few areas we kindly ask you not to join us:
